14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your Blueprint purchase within 14 days of your order date, for any reason. No explanation is required, though feedback is always appreciated so we can keep improving the product.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@heynewmama.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, access to the paid Blueprint and any associated downloadable resources will be revoked. You are asked to delete any downloaded materials from your devices.
Beyond 14 days
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis at our and Paddle's discretion. Paddle's general refund handling is described in their Refund Policy.
